Pallet Sorting Systems realizes not only the machine that makes your process as efficient as possible, but also the options that take work off your hands and make the workshop more pleasant. This way you achieve a better repetitive result and guarantee the reliability of an operation. For example, think of a Paintbooth, pallet press, Angle saw, Epal nailgun, Pallet stack aligner, Robotic Pallet Dismantler, Band saw.
The Paintbooth from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS) has been specifically developed for the efficient and sustainable coating of pool pallets such as Chep, IPP, and LPR pallets. Thanks to its modular design, the booth can be easily integrated into a sorting or repair line. This allows pallets to be coated directly after repair in a continuous flow – without additional forklift movements. The result: increased safety and a more streamlined logistics process.
From 2025, the Paintbooth will be available with two advanced options:
The Paintbooth uses a low-pressure coating system that requires less maintenance and eliminates the need for air filters. This reduces operating costs and makes the booth practical and reliable in daily use.
Its straightforward design ensures a smooth coating process. Unlike complex systems that demand extensive training, this solution boosts productivity without compromising quality.
Daily maintenance is especially important when using chalk-based paint. The system makes this simple by switching from paint to water, flushing pipelines and filters automatically. This extends the equipment’s lifespan and prevents downtime.
In addition, walkways inside the booth ensure safe access for maintenance and nozzle replacement – without the risk of soiled clothing or unsafe working conditions.
The Paintbooth has already been successfully installed at Herpen Pallets, Goggins, Foresco, Clark Transport, Pallet Recycling South Wales, and The Pallet Company.
With the advanced Paintbooth, Pallet Sorting Systems provides a solution that makes pallet coating more efficient, safer, and more sustainable. The new options available from 2025 further improve consistency and speed. Less downtime, lower costs, and maximum reliability – this is modern pallet management with PSS.

In 2015, Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS) expanded its product range with the introduction of the Pallet Corner Saw, a solution designed to ensure precise and consistent corner finishing for pallets.
This innovation is specifically engineered to lighten the workload of pallet repair operators while improving efficiency.
A Seamless Addition to the Repair Line
The Pallet Corner Saw is strategically placed behind the pallet repair line, just before the stackers. This ensures that damaged or uneven corners are automatically trimmed before the pallets are stacked. Not only does this enhance the quality of the pallets, but it also makes the process faster and more reliable.
Efficiency and Quality Combined
A Future-Ready Solution
With the introduction of the Pallet Corner Saw, Pallet Sorting Systems takes a significant step in improving pallet processing workflows. This innovation not only provides a more efficient method of operation but also enhances the quality and consistency of the final products, contributing to greater customer satisfaction.
An innovative solution for accurately measuring pallets. The Pallet Measuring Unit can be seamlessly integrated into a sorting machine or repair line and is placed before the stackers. This advanced technology provides a method to inspect pallets and automatically direct them to the appropriate stacker based on preset specifications.
Accurate Measurements for Better Sorting
The Pallet Measuring Unit precisely measures pallets for length and width. Based on preset values, it automatically determines to which stacker a pallet is sent, regardless of the sorter’s initial assessment.
Practical Example
A pallet that should measure 120 cm in length but is actually 121.5 cm will be identified by the measuring unit and sent to a different stacker if the preset values dictate that all pallets longer than 121 cm should be stacked separately.
Key Benefits of the Pallet Measuring Unit
An Innovation for the Future
With the introduction of the Pallet Measuring Unit, Pallet Sorting Systems takes another step forward in developing advanced technologies for the pallet industry. This solution offers businesses greater control and precision in their sorting and repair processes, leading to improved workflow efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Why the EPAL Nailgun?
Efficiency and reliability for certified repairers.
Having the EPAL Nailgun in the line ensures that the Epal nail is not forgotten by a pallet repairer after repair, is always in the stack on the same side, and the pallet repairer needs fewer tools on his workbench.
