Automatic Destacking and Feeding
The pallet repair line operates fully automatically, starting from the moment the pallets are destacked. The pallets are transported via an overhead conveyor to the repair stations, where repairers only pick the pallets requiring repairs. After being repaired, the pallets are simply placed onto the lower conveyor, where they are automatically restacked and prepared for forklift transport. This system offers:
