Fixed and Adjustable Variants

The Pallet Sorting System is available in two variants:

• Fixed Sorting Machine:  Designed for common pallet formats with dimensions of 120 x 80 cm, 120 x 100 cm, and 120 x 120 cm, such as Europallets, block pallets, and GMA pallets.
• Adjustable Sorting Machine: In addition to the pallet formats above, this variant is also automatically adjustable for non-standard pallet sizes, such as CP3, CP4, CP5, CP7, CP8, and CP9 pallets.
• Suitable for pallet widths ranging from 100 cm to 130 cm, the adjustable system allows for pre-sorted pallets by size, as the stackers can be locked to the same size with the push of a button. This variant makes it possible to process various pallet sizes efficiently through pre-sorting and customized settings.
