Hübler Palettenservice has invested in a pallet repair line from Pallet Sorting Systems. The installation combines pallet repair, automatic sorting and production reporting in one efficient process. This reduces internal transport movements while significantly increasing the productivity of the repair department.
The pallet repair line is equipped with eight pallet repair stations. Pallets requiring repair are automatically delivered in stacks to each repair station via a side infeed. This allows operators to work continuously without unnecessary interruptions or internal transport.
After repair, the pallets are automatically returned to the sorting system.
After repair, the pallets are automatically sorted into four different stackers.
The installation sorts Euro pallets into first, second and third grade. The fourth stacker is used for pallets that are not classified as Euro pallets.
In addition to Euro pallets, the pallet repair line is also suitable for repairing and sorting 1000 × 1200 mm industrial pallets. This enables different pallet streams to be processed efficiently within one installation.
The installation offers automatic interlock stacking in stackers 3 and 4. By nesting the pallets during stacking, stable pallet loads are created, allowing more pallets to be transported and stored safely within the available space.
The pallet repair line automatically generates a daily CSV production report containing detailed production data, including:
These reports provide valuable insight into both operator performance and overall production efficiency, helping to monitor and continuously optimize the pallet repair process.
By combining pallet repair, automatic sorting, interlock stacking and production reporting in a single pallet repair line, Hübler Palettenservice benefits from an efficient and future-proof solution for processing both Euro pallets and industrial pallets.
