Repair systems
At Pallet Sorting Systems B.V., we offer more than just pallet sorting systems.
Our standard Pallet Sorting machine can easily be expanded with a pallet repair line, which optimizes the repair process and increases efficiency. These machines are suitable for repairing Euro-Block pallets light, medium and heavy versions and GMA pallets, giving you a complete solution.
Oh yes also for Pool pallets we have directly on the machine the missing Paintbooth that provides the repaired pallets with the obligatory new coat of paint after stacking.
Multisort systems
The adjustable pallet sorting with combined pallet repair line opens the door to unprecedented versatility.
Besides the standard sizes, such as 800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200 pallets, it can now sort all CP pallets, including CP3 CP4,CP5,CP7,CP8 & CP9 pallets. The machine can interlock, sort and and stack repaired Euro pallets and standard pallets, directly from the workstation.
Combined Systems
At Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS), you can combine several machines into an efficient and fully integrated system.
Our inline stackers or outline stackers provide fast processing of the most common pallets, while on the repair line one effortlessly repairs and sorts all common pallets. The repair line works seamlessly with the Pallet Multi Sorter, which offers up to 40 positions for sorting various pallet types. This fully automated process optimizes pallet handling, reduces manual labor and increases productivity.
Here,AI4Pallets can take over the sorting from the people on the line sorting and repairing.

AI4Pallets
AI4Pallets was developed for PSS customers to ensure standardised sorting. When people repair pallets and have them sorted by the repair workers, sorting faults often occur.
With AI4Pallets, a cost-effective solution has now been created.
New at Pallet Sorting Systems: The Pallet Saw System.
This Band Saw is our first step in simplifying pallet disassembly. What makes us different? A standard speed control, Standard STO (safety shutdown) and a standard laser line indicating the position of the saw blade on the pallet. In addition, careful thought has been given to easily changing the saw blade, so that maintenance can be done quickly and efficiently.
Of course, all this comes in the recognizable PSS look and feel for optimum safety and ease of use.
New at Pallet Sorting Systems: Robotic Pallet Dismantler
Pallet Sorting Systems introduces the Robotic Pallet Dismantler, an innovative solution for efficiently scrapping pallets for reuse of the wood. The advanced robot, equipped with a vacuum bed, and the band saw developed by PSS work by a unique measuring system. This sets us apart from the competition in terms of efficiency and quality.
The Pallet Company asked PSS to develop this for it, precisely because existing systems do not meet its quality requirements for reuse.
