Delivery in 2026 – first PSS configuration with integrated robotic sorting into 7 categories
Caspari Paletten in Waldbröl has ordered a pallet sorting and repair line from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS), scheduled for delivery in 2026. This installation is the first PSS setup that, in addition to standard pallet stackers for common types such as Euro pallets and block pallets, also features a Kawasaki robot to further sort pallets into seven different categories/sizes.
Smart repairs, instantly re-sorted
Two in-line repair workstations are integrated with the sorter. Repaired pallets can be fed straight back into the line and automatically sorted, eliminating extra handling.
Data & real-time insight
The machine comes with SCADA, generating CSV reports for office use. The PSS App is included as standard, providing live visibility into hourly throughput and the sort breakdown—monitor performance anytime, anywhere.
