Foresco, previously known as LeBeck in Ham, Belgium, has invested in an adjustable pallet sorting line from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS). This customized solution is designed to sort both standard pallets and a wide range of CP pallet sizes, including CP3, CP4, CP5, CP7, CP8 and CP9. With adjustable settings, this line offers maximum flexibility and efficiency.
Efficient pallet sorting with 6 stackers
The sorting line at Foresco features 6 stackers, ensuring fast and accurate handling of sorted pallets. Directly behind the sorting workstation are two repair workstations where defective pallets can be repaired. The sorting worker determines whether a pallet is suitable for direct stacking or is placed in small stacks for repair.
Smart sorting and repair via side feeder
The pallets to be repaired are taken to the repair workstations via a side feeder. Here the repairers ensure that the pallets are repaired. After repair, these pallets are re-entered into the system and routed to one of the stackers for proper sorting by quality and type.
Real-time insight with SCADA reporting
A key advantage of this line is the integration of the SCADA system. This system records real-time data on production and sorting. With CSV reports, Foresco has detailed insight into the number of pallets sorted and repaired, the performance of the line and possible optimization opportunities. This data is easy to export and provides a solid basis for strategic decisions.
Flexible processing of CP pallets
In addition to standard pallets, the sorting line can be fully automatically adapted to process CP pallets in different formats, including CP3, CP4, CP5, CP7, CP8 and CP9. This versatility enables Foresco to meet diverse customer needs and efficiently process a wide range of pallet types.
