The line is equipped with eight stackers and an innovative infeed buffer, with which the hourly sorting time has been optimized to 100%. STEA is the first customer to use PSS’s infeed buffer. This innovation improves sorting time by 600 seconds, so the maximum sorting time per hour is now 3600 seconds. This ensures optimum capacity utilization and higher sorting speed.

2. Capacity and work distribution:

With only one sorter and one forklift driver, the entire supply and removal of unsorted and sorted pallets is managed. This efficient division of labor minimizes labor costs and increases productivity.

3. Eight stackers:

The line is equipped with eight stackers, which sort pallets according to specifications such as type, quality and size. This enables fast and structured processing of large pallet volumes.

4. SCADA system and reporting:

The integrated SCADA system provides daily detailed CSV reports on the sorting processes. These reports provide STEA with valuable insights into line performance and support optimization of work processes.
