Foresco sort & Repair Veghel Machine 2 sorts out Europallets 6 grades

Foresco sort & Repair Veghel ( formerly Van den Anker Pallets) has commissioned a pallet sorting line for Europallets from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS). The line uses a KUKA robot, which automatically stacks the pallets in six positions after inspection and sorting.

The double infeed line accommodates two stacks at a time, after which the pallets are singled and inspected via a tipper. A digital measuring station measures the openings of the pallets, after which they are guided to the robot pick position and accurately sorted for quality.
