Thanks to the special push conveyor system, pallets of various sizes up to 130 cm can be transported, regardless of the specific construction of the pallet.
2. Inspection and sorting
After inspection and assessment by the sorter, each pallet is automatically sent to one of six stacking positions. These stacking positions are evenly distributed, with three stackers on either side of the conveyor belt.
3. Maximum flexibility in sizing
Each stacker is individually adjustable for sizing, allowing the sorting line to handle different pallet types. This makes work easier and more efficient for the sorter.
4. Pressing of nails
A press is installed in front of the stackers that firmly presses nails into the pallet deck. This ensures that the nails find “new wood,” which increases the durability and stability of the pallets.
5. Advanced Scada System
The machine is equipped with a Scada system that generates daily sorting reports in a clear CSV file. This provides insight into the sorting process and supports efficient operations.
6. Efficiency and ergonomics
With only one sorter and one forklift driver, up to 450 pallets per hour can be sorted. The automated supply and removal of full stacks more than halves the number of forklift movements. In addition, the physical strain on the sorter is significantly reduced, promoting ergonomic working.
