Efficient pallet sorting with 6 stackers

The sorting line at MUREWI Pallet Industry features 6 stackers, ensuring fast handling of sorted pallets. Directly behind the sorting workstation are two repair workstations where defective pallets can be repaired. The sorting worker determines whether a pallet is suitable for direct stacking or is stacked in small stacks and then needs to be repaired.

Smart sorting and repair via side feeder

The pallets to be repaired are brought to the repair workstations via a side feeder . Here the repairers ensure that the pallets are repaired. After repair, these pallets are re-entered into the system and routed to one of the stackers for proper sorting in quality and type.

Flexible processing of CP pallets

In addition to standard pallets, the sorting line can be easily adapted to process CP pallets in various sizes, including CP3, CP4, CP5, CP7, CP8 and CP9. This versatility enables MUREWI Pallet Industry to meet diverse customer needs and process a wide range of pallet types.
