Pallinc Ltd chooses a combination of Pallet Sorting Line, Pallet Repair Line, and Multi Sorter as a complete Solution
Pallinc Ltd has taken a significant step in optimizing their pallet management by investing in a comprehensive solution from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS). The new installation, scheduled for delivery in 2025, combines a pallet sorting line, a pallet repair line, and a Multi Sorter. This advanced setup delivers not only efficiency but also enhanced ergonomics and data-driven insights.
At Pallinc, repairable pallets are transported directly to the repair line via an upper-conveyor. Repaired pallets are then sent via an lower-conveyor to the Multi Sorter, where they are sorted and prepared for further use. This efficient transport system reduces forklift movements by 50%, contributing to a safer working environment.
Thanks to the ergonomic design of the repair line, employees can repair up to 35% more pallets compared to traditional methods. This results in increased productivity without additional physical strain.
The installation is equipped with the SCADA system, which generates daily reports in CSV format. These reports provide Pallinc with detailed insights into the number of repaired and sorted pallets, as well as performance data per workstation.
For real-time updates, the PSS App offers live access to sorting and repair data. Managers can monitor progress from anywhere in the world and respond quickly to challenges, further enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.
With this integrated solution, Pallinc is taking a major step toward more efficient and sustainable pallet processing. The combination of a Pallet sorting line, Repair line, and Multi Sorter offers not only short-term benefits but also flexibility and scalability for the future.
Pallet Sorting Systems is proud to support Pallinc in their growth and remains committed to delivering innovative and practical solutions for the pallet industry.
