Since 2016, Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS) has partnered with PR Pallets, the first UK customer to invest in a pallet sorting line. This initial installation revolutionized PR Pallets‘ pallet processing methods and laid the foundation for a long-term collaboration. Efficient Pallet Sorting with reduced forklift movements
With the sorting machines from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS), one operator and one forklift driver can process up to 550 pallets per hour. This setup not only delivers high sorting capacity but also reduces forklift movements by 50% compared to manual sorting.
Unsifted stacks of pallets can be placed directly onto the sorting line, while sorted pallets are removed in a single forklift motion. This streamlined process minimizes internal transport, increases productivity, and contributes to a safer and more efficient working environment.
Our sorting machines combine minimal labor requirements with maximum output, enabling businesses to handle pallet flows faster and more consistently. A practical and efficient solution for modern pallet logistics.
Expanding the partnership
Following the successful implementation of the first sorting line, PR Pallets installed a second sorting line in 2024. This new line integrates seamlessly with their existing processes and significantly increases their capacity. In 2025, a third pallet sorting and repair line will be delivered, featuring the advanced pallet multi sorter, which will further expand their capabilities.
