Starting in 2025, ‘t Jong Pallets BV will sort pallets using the pallet sorting line from Pallet Sorting Systems (PSS). With just one sorter and one forklift operator, it is possible to sort up to 550 pallets per hour. This process is designed with ergonomics and efficiency as key priorities.

The sorting line from PSS can handle the most common pallet formats without the need for adjustments, including:

• Euro format pallets, such as Chep, IPP, LPR, light, medium, and heavy-duty pallets

• GMA pallets

Advanced SCADA package and live data
The integrated SCADA package accurately records all data. This information can be easily exported as a CSV file for further analysis. Additionally, the PSS App provides worldwide access to live information on the sorting and repair processes.

Modular expansions
The machines from PSS are modular and configurable. This means companies can expand their sorting line with options such as a pallet repair system or other features. The system evolves to meet the growing needs of the business.
