PSS SCADA and the PSS App: insight and control for pallet repair
With PSS SCADA and the PSS App, your business gains complete control and insight into the pallet repair process. PSS SCADA generates a detailed daily CSV report with data such as hours worked per employee and the number of pallets repaired by each employee. Additionally, sorting information and the total number of processed pallets are clearly recorded, providing a comprehensive view of performance.
The PSS App offers global, live access to all data from both the pallet sorting and repair lines. This functionality enables managers to monitor progress remotely and quickly address any issues. With PSS SCADA and the PSS App, your business has a powerful toolset for efficient and accurate pallet processing.

Fixed and adjustable variants
Our Pallet Repair System is available in two versions: the fixed repair line and the adjustable repair line.
The standard pallet repairline
- This version is designed for the most common pallets without requiring adjustments, including Europallets, disposable pallets, block pallets, GMA pallets, and 1200×1200 pallets.
Adjustable repairline for non-standard pallet sizes
- Pallet Sorting Systems offers an Adjustable Repair Line that efficiently handles not only the most common pallets (as mentioned above) but also non-standard pallet sizes, such as CP3, CP4, CP5, CP7, CP8, and CP9 pallets. The machine can be electrically adjusted between 1 and 1.35 meters, allowing these special pallets to be repaired and sorted quickly and accurately.
Repair and sort with a single system
Our Multisort System, Pallet Sorting System, and Pallet Repair System can be seamlessly combined. This means you can easily add a repair function to your sorting line, even after the sorting line has already been installed. The repair line can be configured in any desired layout: in a straight line, a corner configuration, or a T-configuration.
